1. Who we are
This website is operated by Računalniško programiranje, HEFAJST, Peter Španovič s.p., a sole proprietorship registered in Slovenia (VAT: 71157867). Contact: info@hefajst.com
2. What data we collect
- Project inquiries: your name, email address, company or website (optional) and the project details you choose to send us through the contact form.
- Call bookings: your name, email address, company (optional), the time you book, your timezone and what you would like to discuss.
- Visit statistics: the page address, the referring website (domain only), language, device type (mobile, tablet or desktop) and campaign tags in the link (utm). We do not store IP addresses, do not use cookies and do not create a profile of you. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, no statistics are recorded.
- Server logs: our hosting provider processes standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the website securely.
3. How and why we use your data
- To answer your inquiry, schedule and hold the call you booked, and prepare a proposal — steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the website, using anonymous, aggregated statistics (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Service providers
We do not sell your data. We use carefully selected processors bound by data-processing agreements: Cloudflare (website hosting and delivery) and Supabase (database for inquiries, bookings and statistics, hosted in an EU data centre). Fonts are served from our own server — no data is sent to Google.
5. Data retention
Inquiries and bookings are kept for as long as needed to handle your request; if no collaboration follows, they are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, data is kept as required by accounting and tax law. Visit statistics contain no personal data.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec). Contact us at info@hefajst.com to exercise any of these rights.
7. Cookies and browser storage
This website uses no cookies. If you choose a language, that choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage; to count a visit only once, a short-lived flag is kept in the browser tab (session storage). Neither is used to identify you.

2. Welche Daten wir erheben
- Projektanfragen: Ihr Name, Ihre E-Mail-Adresse, Firma oder Website (optional) und die Projektangaben, die Sie uns über das Kontaktformular senden.
- Terminbuchungen: Ihr Name, Ihre E-Mail-Adresse, Firma (optional), der gebuchte Termin, Ihre Zeitzone und das gewünschte Gesprächsthema.
- Besuchsstatistik: die aufgerufene Seite, die verweisende Website (nur die Domain), Sprache, Gerätetyp (Smartphone, Tablet oder Desktop) und Kampagnen-Parameter im Link (utm). Wir speichern keine IP-Adressen, verwenden keine Cookies und erstellen kein Profil von Ihnen. Sendet Ihr Browser ein „Do Not Track“- oder „Global Privacy Control“-Signal, wird nichts erfasst.
- Server-Logs: Unser Hosting-Anbieter verarbeitet technische Standard-Logs (z. B. IP-Adresse, Browsertyp), um die Website sicher auszuliefern.
3. Wie und warum wir Ihre Daten verwenden
- Um Ihre Anfrage zu beantworten, das gebuchte Gespräch zu planen und durchzuführen und ein Angebot zu erstellen — auf Ihre Anfrage hin vor einem möglichen Vertrag (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).
- Um anhand anonymer, zusammengefasster Statistiken zu verstehen, welche Seiten nützlich sind, und die Website zu verbessern (berechtigtes Interesse, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
4. Dienstleister
Wir verkaufen Ihre Daten nicht. Wir setzen sorgfältig ausgewählte Auftragsverarbeiter mit Auftragsverarbeitungsverträgen ein: Cloudflare (Hosting und Auslieferung der Website) und Supabase (Datenbank für Anfragen, Buchungen und Statistik, gehostet in einem Rechenzentrum in der EU). Schriftarten werden von unserem eigenen Server geladen — es werden keine Daten an Google übertragen.
5. Speicherdauer
Anfragen und Buchungen speichern wir, solange es für die Bearbeitung nötig ist; kommt keine Zusammenarbeit zustande, löschen wir sie innerhalb von 12 Monaten. Arbeiten wir zusammen, gelten die gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungsfristen. Die Besuchsstatistik enthält keine personenbezogenen Daten.
6. Ihre Rechte (DSGVO)
Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Löschung, auf Einschränkung der Verarbeitung und Widerspruch sowie auf Beschwerde bei der slowenischen Datenschutzbehörde (Informacijski pooblaščenec). Kontaktieren Sie uns unter info@hefajst.com.
7. Cookies und Browser-Speicher
Diese Website verwendet keine Cookies. Wenn Sie eine Sprache wählen, wird diese Wahl im lokalen Speicher Ihres Browsers gemerkt; damit ein Besuch nur einmal gezählt wird, wird im Browser-Tab kurzzeitig ein Merker gespeichert (Session Storage). Beides dient nicht dazu, Sie zu identifizieren.

2. Katere podatke zbiramo
- Povpraševanja: vaše ime, e-poštni naslov, podjetje ali spletna stran (neobvezno) in podatki o projektu, ki nam jih pošljete prek kontaktnega obrazca.
- Rezervacije klicev: vaše ime, e-poštni naslov, podjetje (neobvezno), izbrani termin, vaš časovni pas in tema pogovora.
- Statistika obiskov: naslov strani, spletno mesto, s katerega ste prišli (samo domena), jezik, vrsta naprave (telefon, tablica ali računalnik) in oznake kampanj v povezavi (utm). IP-naslovov ne shranjujemo, piškotkov ne uporabljamo in o vas ne ustvarjamo profila. Če vaš brskalnik pošlje signal »Do Not Track« ali »Global Privacy Control«, statistike ne beležimo.
- Strežniški dnevniki: naš ponudnik gostovanja obdeluje standardne tehnične dnevnike (npr. IP-naslov, vrsta brskalnika) za varno delovanje spletnega mesta.
3. Kako in zakaj uporabljamo podatke
- Za odgovor na vaše povpraševanje, načrtovanje in izvedbo rezerviranega klica ter pripravo ponudbe — na vašo zahtevo pred morebitno sklenitvijo pogodbe (člen 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Za razumevanje, katere strani so koristne, in izboljšave spletnega mesta na podlagi anonimne, združene statistike (zakoniti interes, člen 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Ponudniki storitev
Vaših podatkov ne prodajamo. Uporabljamo skrbno izbrane obdelovalce s pogodbami o obdelavi podatkov: Cloudflare (gostovanje in dostava spletnega mesta) in Supabase (podatkovna baza za povpraševanja, rezervacije in statistiko, gostovana v podatkovnem centru v EU). Pisave se nalagajo z našega strežnika — Googlu se ne pošiljajo nobeni podatki.
5. Hramba podatkov
Povpraševanja in rezervacije hranimo, dokler je to potrebno za obravnavo vaše zahteve; če do sodelovanja ne pride, jih izbrišemo v 12 mesecih. Če sodelujemo, podatke hranimo v skladu z računovodskimi in davčnimi predpisi. Statistika obiskov ne vsebuje osebnih podatkov.
6. Vaše pravice (GDPR)
Imate pravico do dostopa, popravka, prenosljivosti in izbrisa osebnih podatkov, do omejitve obdelave in ugovora ter do pritožbe pri Informacijskem pooblaščencu. Kontaktirajte nas na info@hefajst.com.
7. Piškotki in shramba brskalnika
To spletno mesto ne uporablja piškotkov. Če izberete jezik, se izbira zapomni v lokalni shrambi vašega brskalnika; da obisk štejemo le enkrat, se v zavihku brskalnika začasno shrani oznaka (session storage). Nobeno od tega ni namenjeno vaši identifikaciji.
